I will work to expand healthcare access and affordability, including advancing a statewide healthcare-for-all program to reduce costs for consumers and strengthen our ability to provide low-cost care and prescriptions. I will also prioritize expanding access to affordable, high-quality childcare by increasing provider support, addressing workforce shortages, and ensuring families are not forced to choose between earning a paycheck and caring for their children. I am committed to investing in reliable and affordable transportation options, including public transit and infrastructure improvements, so residents can more easily access jobs, education, and essential services without the burden of rising commuting costs. And of course, I will continue to increase consumer protection and keep fraudsters from taking hard-earned money from our working families and retirees.
